The Museum is hosting “History at Home,” a virtual speaker series exploring different themes from Colorado and local history. Join us October through March, every Thursday at 7 pm for an hour of virtual presentations, discussions, and panels.

Through “History at Home,” the museum aims to connect you with our history and with each other. We aim to bring a diverse array of voices to dig into history from different perspectives. You’ll be surprised by what you learn! From Black fur trappers in the West to the Gunnison Valley Cora community, you’ll hear stories from people in and out of the valley.

The “History at Home” series will be offered for free, however, the continuation of this educational programming will rely on donations from you, our audience, and will help us to cover the costs of planning, filming and hosting the webinar each week. Thank you for your support!

*Details for each week will be released as they become available. Be sure to check back often as we will update this info as much as we can, as soon as we can!
