You know it and love it. And if you’ve never been… come on down to the Museum for a night of community polka tradition. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes!
During the mining days of Crested Butte and many other mountain towns in Colorado, immigrants from Croatia, Slovenia, and elsewhere brought their native music and sounds to Crested Butte. Since then, polka has been a way for locals to wind down and enjoy themselves. Join us for a fun filled evening of this traditional style of music and dancing! The museum will have beverages available for purchase. This event is free, but donations are welcome!
